Order Details

Each gift card is emailed to its recipient — usually within an hour. You’ll get a receipt by email, and you can track everything under My Account → Orders.

Gift cards send fast, so orders can’t be edited once placed. If something looks wrong, contact support right away and we’ll help sort it out.

A receipt is emailed the moment your order is placed. You can also re-open any order from your account to see the full details.

Tracking and Delivery

Digitally — by email to the recipient (or to you to forward). Most arrive within an hour of purchase, and the status shows on your order.

Ask them to check spam and promotions folders first. You can resend it from your order, or contact support and we’ll re-deliver it.

Save it to “Your Saves” while personalizing, then come back and send it whenever you’re ready.

Cancel or Refund

Because gift cards deliver almost instantly, orders generally can’t be cancelled. Reach out to support as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. The good news: they never expire.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely by Stripe at checkout.

Yes. Payments are encrypted and handled by Stripe; HandyGifts never sees or stores your full card details.
